Daydream with me!
Join me for this double workshop, incorporating light and dreamy explorations in softly muted tones and allow your mind to drift and play, opening up to a sense of creative wonder and delight.
The purpose of this course is to bring you gently into a sense of calm and playful freedom and help you to connect with your muse fearlessly and with a sense of trust and exploration.
I have included two workshops to inspire you and bring you gently into a state of play and creativity. You will be able to use the approaches shown in each of the lessons time and again as relaxing ways to free your mind from every-day clutter and 'zone' into your artist mindset.
When your mind is allowed to wander you are tapping into a state where new connections are made, allowing hidden thoughts to bubble up into the conscious level. This can frequently lead to those magical 'aha' moments and bring in fresh ideas that were lurking in your subconscious and that you never knew you had!

Dream A Little Dream
Workshop One
''The possible is just the impossible that we have dreamed into being''
N.K Jemisin
The importance of day dreaming...
Day dreaming is hugely important to artists and creatives - not just in a fluffy way, but on a much deeper level too, allowing us to access deeply hidden ideas and new concepts.
Dream Spirals
Workshop Two
"She drifted, not to escape life, but to feel it differently" - Inspired by Atticus
Let the day-dreaming begin!
This is a great approach for any time when you are in need of UN-focussing.
Spiralling down an unknown path, journeying into our subconscious and allowing thoughts, words, feelings and inspirations to drift in as they will and lead the way.
Using found collage to tell a story or receive a message, we sink into ourselves and listen for that tiny whisper from the quiet and evasive muse who is so often drowned out by the noise and distraction of every day life.
Do you hear her?
I can't wait to take you on this path of exploration as we discover the emotional and sensory shifts that happen when you allow yourself to drift and imagine.
