I have always been a great believer in the expression that the darkest hour is just before dawn, meaning, for me, that things always change. Even when life feels very dark or sad or simply overwhelming and you cannot cope with any more, there is ALWAYS a shift, a light, a helping hand or a fresh insight to bring you through the most challenging of times.

It is my personal belief that this often comes from my female ancestors as they watch over me and thoughts of my mother and grandmothers were close to my heart when creating this page.
