My focus for this page was about planning and dreaming for the year ahead... as I work in my art journal I am also working on creating my own life's masterpiece... reflecting, evaluating, digging deep and refocussing.

Taking a look at this time a year ago and celebrating the goals achieved AND the goals missed! Making new plans to build my own life's masterpiece in the year ahead, setting new goals and making fresh attempts at the goals I missed last year!

A super calming exercise, I will take you through my process and supplies, explaining the choices and decisions I make along the way.

I filmed this lesson just before the New Year, but it is great for any time of year when you need to pause and reflect on your goals and dreams!
